When you browse the site, standard server logs may record your IP address, browser type, and which pages you hit. That's normal web hosting stuff.

If you copy a promo code, we log the click so we know which deals people actually use. No account required for that.

If you submit a coupon, we store what you send us: store name, code, description, and any email or name you choose to include.

If you rate a code or store, we keep a browser fingerprint hash so one person can't spam votes. We don't tie it to your real identity.

We use cookies and related storage for three jobs: a visitor ID so sessions stay coherent, admin login security, and - after you accept - analytics cookies that feed our intelligence module (AIO Station / visitor insights).

The first time you copy a code, we ask for consent. Accepting means you agree we may set and read cookies (and site-related local storage keys) to measure copies, improve rankings, and spot abuse. We store cookie names and technical context for intelligence - not passwords or payment data.

Your browser may also store theme preference and cache keys locally. That's on your device.

You can clear cookies and site data anytime in your browser settings. Declining the first-copy prompt skips cookie analytics for that attempt.

Promo codes link out to retailer sites. Once you leave BestPromo.Codes, their privacy rules apply, not ours.

We may load logos, fonts, or CDN assets from third parties. Those services can see your IP when assets load, same as any site using CDN resources.

Our hosting provider processes server traffic. They don't get your coupon submissions unless there's a legal request.

Click logs and consented analytics events stick around so we can measure deal performance over time. Coupon submissions stay until reviewed or deleted by admin.

Pending ratings get purged or approved on a rolling basis. Backups rotate automatically (we keep the last few, not forever archives).

You can browse without submitting anything. That's the lowest data path.

This site isn't aimed at anyone under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
